Students Section > Asana to keep fit
All of us want to give our best in each and every activities we perform, but many times even after having this positive suggestion in our mind we are not able to perform our best due to low energy levels. Many students feel lethargic in the school and many times they are not able to concentrate on the subject matter when needed most. This happens due to lack of energy and physical imbalance in the energy.

SARAL emphasizes minimum 10 minutes of Yogic Practice every day. There are varieties of postures which carry along associated benefits with them but without involving ourselves in the nitty-gritty of the same we recommend only "Surya Namaskar". You should start with 3 rounds of it and may increase to 10 rounds with regular practice.

The series of postures in "Surya Namaskar" stimulate various energy centers of your body and create a balanced energy flow to all the important life sustaining organs. It improves agility of mind and body and is a complete exercise for students.

Other beneficial postures are discussed in detail in our Yoga & Meditation Workshop. To know more about these write to us as saral.org@gmail.com.
