Mind and Mind Power

The man's uniqueness is his mind. His capacity to think, anticipate, calculate, create, plan are unique to him. These make him the most powerful creature on this planet, earth. Many learned people since early ages have introspected, experimented and found that we are much more powerful than we think. We observe many phenomena like "mind over matter", hypnosis and ESP which show that almost nothing is impossible for us if we are able to tap the hidden potential of our mind. There have been many attempts to devise structured programme to enable normal human beings to get in touch with this power-house. SARAL workshops are the outcome of our sincere attempt to provide every human being a basic tool to work with and experience the power within.

But the question arises- How we take the first step towards it? We have something to say on this in our sections

   ---  Unleashing the mind power
   ---  Striking the Balance
   ---  Positive attitude
   ---  Power of Autosuggestions
