Meditation Workshop
When whole world seems going east we ourselves
are continuously forgetting our own tradition.
Since time immemorial Indian Civilization has
taught the whole world how to conduct ourselves
in day to day life and how to be a better human
being. Western countries have realized the
truth in eastern practices of Meditation and
Yoga but we, ourselves don't pay much attention
to these wonderful practices.
SARAL
has taken it as a challenge and wishes to bring
about awareness about Yoga and Meditation. Experience
tells us that old habits die hard. Thus SARAL
helps every person inculcate this habit of healthy
and balanced living by meditating daily and
practicing Yoga.
This workshop explains the necessity and scope
of Yoga and Meditation, its effectiveness in
curing and preventing many ailments and in providing
the clarity of thought. This is a one day workshop,
usually conducted outdoors. It has enormous
benefits in terms of developing relaxed state
of mind, reduced stress levels and improved
health. It also generates good qualities
like team spirit, increased power of observation
and general awareness of our place in this whole
universe. It also instills a sense of responsibility
towards environment and all living beings which
